From the owner...
Steel the
Silver Moon was named for my Pittsburgh Steelers, Sil, and
Luna. My daughter came up with the name. So nickname Steely. I think
she will gray - but I'd love for her to stay paint because her markings
are fabulous! She has a lightning bolt down her front right leg. Cute!
Beautiful blaze, 4 white legs, and a white tail with a black spot! What
an eye-catcher. See what good genes can do!
Neighbors have
been great. One at a time and just watch. Steely is bigger than the
mustang foal we had 4 years ago, so she seems very tall and leggy in
comparison. She is sooo gorgeous. (did I mention that ha ha)
Luna is a superb
guardian and mom yet not overbearing. I love her nickers when
Steely has gone too far. She gives Bruce & I the luxury of being
close & touchy. Give the Mom the attention and it is easy to get
to the baby.
