At age 12, Niva is a wonderful example of a foundation curly. Her dam is *Niva D (a daughter of Nevada Red) and her sire is Ruby Red King AMHR-26101. Originally registered by Benny Damele, she bears the 3D brand.

She possesses the 'early curly" conformation that gives her superb balance, speed and athleticism. Visually, Niva is a beautiful mare, who's liver chestnut colouring highlights her summer ripples of waves and thick curly coat in winter.

Sucessfully bred to Sterling Curlies "Silver" for a July 2002 foal. A combination such as this can only result in a gorgeous foal that will be treasured by Niva's owner and will be the first curly born in New Brunswick
